License You Grant to TopThis

By uploading User Content, you grant TopThis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, publicly perform, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the TopThis platform and related services.

Modifications

TopThis may make limited modifications to User Content as reasonably necessary for technical and functional purposes (for example, formatting, compression, adapting to device requirements, creating thumbnails, or generating promotional previews). TopThis will not alter the creative substance of your work without your express consent.

Attribution

Whenever reasonably possible, TopThis will provide credit to you as the creator when your content is used in connection with the platform’s promotion or services.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
